About
Tracy magazine is an extension of Tracy publishing, committed to showcasing burgeoning artistic talent to the world. We intend for our readers to be enchanted by the new artist; young-minded and hungry, seeking a platform to outwardly show what they think and feel inside. Our magazine intends to be inclusive enabling our stakeholders to be involved in our process of bringing our creative magic to life. This magazine is a manifestation of our enthusiasm for the young-minded creative, embracing the greatness of old, intrigued by the mystery of new, challenging themselves to fuse these two and create work that not only withstands the test of time but is oft talked about. There’s a lot of mystery and magic out there and we would very much like for the old to journey with us on our many new adventures…
Through the magazine, we’re all about collaboration and intend to build a network of creatives – writers, poets, painters, architects, interior designers, photographers, videographers, fashion enthusiasts and many more to help us put an offering together that gets better with each issue; endearing us to our stakeholders. We will challenge our contributors to give us nothing but their very best, nurturing them into visionaries we always knew they’d be. Our purpose is thus to be a conduit for our artists to grow, progress, innovate and add more magic to the world; ensuring our audience stays enthused.
Founder
James has always loved the arts and though not formally trained, considers himself a student that intends to learn and someday become a master of this craft; a craft that gives his being meaning and soul purpose. This learning has pushed him to start his own magazine, dedicating this effort to his daughter to show her that there is a lot to live for through the arts. He is excited by this new journey, passion urging him on. Although James is the magazine’s founder, he gives ownership of the magazine to its readers and looks forward to their comments and feedback on the direction this offering should take. He also believes in the power of numbers and appreciates the magazine’s growing network who share his vision of the arts – a platform to collaborate and do amazing things.
